Below, you will find some examples of daily themes:

Sunday is the day of the Sun and the zodiac sign of Leo: We will go through one of the most challenging karmas of human beings, we will share about our father and his relationship, about authority and power control. It is vital to understand that each planet has multiple meanings. In later modules, we will address with the necessary depth such fundamental issues as the Ego (Ahamkara), the individual soul (Jivatma) and Consciousness (Chit).

Monday is the day of the moon, the sign of Cancer, and the theme is your mother and her relationship. The moon is probably the most important planet with the sun, due to its constant fluctuation, its menstrual cycle and the intimate connection it represents with the umbilical cord. Dear gentlemen, we wish you to get fully involved in the sharing of the woman’s menstrual cycle.

Tuesday is the day of Mars, the masculine aspect, the Manipura Chakra. We will explore the emotion of anger and ask questions related to courage, willpower and self-control. We will also discuss our sexual passions. On Tuesdays, men will gather to talk among themselves, just as women will do in privacy on Friday, the day of Venus. Three meetings will be held at the retreat, in which women and men will confront each other simultaneously.

Wednesday is Mercury’s day, so we want to share our ability to express, communicate, discriminate and understand. Am I shy, nervous, confident to speak in front of a crowd? Am I too self-assured, sarcastic, respectful with my words? Mercury is one of the most important planets because it governs our discrimination, evaluating life, discerning clearly, analyzing the power of the word etc.

Thursday is the day of Jupiter, the planet of wisdom, of religions and spirituality. Can the morals and ethics written by Patanjali 2500 years ago still be applied today? How do you relate to positivity, good luck, are your auto-suggestions constructive for your life?

Friday is the day of Venus, we will invoke the transcendental emotion of love to be present with ourselves. Venus manifests in several Chakras, in Svadisthana as pleasure, passion, romance, and couple life, and in Anahata as loving, loving oneself and being loved. “She is the feminine aspect. What does receptivity mean to you? How is your relationship with your ex? Saturday, we will invoke the presence of solitude, but also the disturbing emotions of fear and anxiety. Here in the basement of the Muladhara Chakra, I want to share my negative mood and why, blindly, I find myself being pessimistic, perhaps even excessively critical. Saturn is the planet of blessings, of reality, it shows life as it is with its sufferings, inequalities, disease and death. In front of the Goddess Kali, Saturn is a grain of rice, nothing can stand against the power of the time of the blue-glazed goddess. Rahu and Ketu will be explained during the retreat. They are the entities that create eclipses, and in India, they are vital when opening an astrological map for a reading. The North Node of the Moon, located by Rahu, houses an obsessive, excessive, vicious energy, but also curious and altruistic. Ketu, renouncing the world of Shakti, of matter, is on the other side of the Moon. Ketu generates a deep feeling of illusion before our eyes, a veil of gray smoke that cannot distinguish the real from the unreal. When you take your gaze off the cell phone and look at the night sky, seeing the multitude of stars shining, what is real to you?
